Bellevue Scoop: Silhouettes of Spring Style |

The recent 60 degree weather may be hinting that spring is around the corner. For the 380 lucky guests attending the Silhouettes of Style Luncheon and Fashion Show, spring arrived in full style on April 3 at The Westin Bellevue. |

The special luncheon and fashion event benefiting the Performance Arts Center Eastside (PACE) was presented by the Act Two Guild and The Bellevue Collection.
After lunch, guests were treated to a runway show, which focused on a wide range of micro-trends for spring. Some highlights from the runway were David Lawrence structured showcase with a black Dsquared racerback dress and bronze Dsquared jacket. Cache’s also lit up the runway with a Beyonce-inspired show focusing on colorful graphic prints. The entire runway
show highlighted the following mirco-trends:
- Structure
- Navy colors
- Military Inspired
- Loose and Breezy
- Daring Denim
- Black and White Prints
- Tribal
- Graphics
The event raised more than $100,000 for PACE and featured
retailers from The Bellevue Collection: David Lawrence,
Martin + Osa, Oilily, Eileen Fisher, Banana Republic,
Gap, GUESS, Louie Permelia, 7 For All Mankind, Macy's,
Mercer, Cache and Voletta Couture.
About PACE
Performing Arts Center Eastside will be a 2,000-seat premier center for the performing arts, presenting for the first time nationally and internationally acclaimed music, theatre, and dance to audiences east of Lake Washington. The mission of PACE is to enrich Eastside cultural life with a wide diversity of live entertainment, arts, and education. PACE will be located in downtown Bellevue at the corner of NE 10th Street and 106th Avenue NE and is scheduled to open in 2012.
